They really don't. At all. Carti and his camp have (very obviously) leaked his own s*** before to generate buzz. It's a bonafide part of his rollout, every time now, without fail. You take leaks out of the equation, Carti would be a completely different artist. Everything, down to his release schedules/timing, and how he interacted with fans and s***, comes down to that.

Sidenote, it ain't the leakers fault that the music is straight a******, speaking about this project in particular

Overall this is kinda boring and samey compared to any of his other projects imo. It’s got some nice tracks tho it’s not awful
