Not a lawyer or know much about law outside of a Business Law class, but I'll give some interpretation regarding this based on the context of the case and the filings prior for the lurkers lmao.
Since Lone didn't have any prior criminal history in the state of Georgia, he had the opportunity to volunteer in what is called a "Pre-Trial Diversion Program". This is given to first-time offenders as a means of maintaining one's clean record.
On the day of his court case, his defense team had initially submitted a Guilty Plea but then motioned to withdraw such after being notified of the diversion program. This case being put on Dead Docket is essentially a means of wrapping this case up and going forward with the program.
While a Dead Docket status can place the status of a lot of cases on a sort of "indefinite hold", it being used in the context of this is pretty much a way of closing it—on the official state site, the case status says "Closed (Dead Docket)."
Considering the incidents of the Discovery filing state that Lone was on camera and the charge is only a misdemeanor, the defense probably didn't see it worth initially trying to fight this case and put in a plea. However, since he's covered by the Steel Law Firm (Thug's lawyers) who have also represented Carti in the past, it's really no surprise that he's not going to have to worry about this.
TL;DR - The case is most likely over and Lone will walk away fine.
