you right but the general reaction to this album hasnt been that positive

i think the second half is pretty fire but i think the criticisms are quite valid

i do think critiques about the album length are valid though

i just dont get who keeps approving these long album releases

we cant even say its for streams bc none of these new niggas are streaming crazy numbers for it to matter

I get we have to give artists power over their music but at what point do you need a manager or the label to step in and say "This s*** is too long and you could make a classic if you slimmed it down"

Pre-streaming artists had much less control but damn there were SOME positives like cohesive projects that weren't insanely bloated

i enjoy getting more music from him tho but he coulda dropped more standalone singles or EPs

So the album is samey, but somehow the first half is not as good as the second half
