Honestly though, I think it really depends ln the employer and their practices.
Like I work in HR atm and we don’t do extensive background checks. Like we do a crim check and s*** but that’s about it. It really just depends on the organization and the values around that stuff. A lot of times no one got time for that s***. Lots of factors that can go into that s***

DonutHoleNot too mention how some cops dgaf about helping prostitutes that get beat up or raped...
those problems that u mentioned here and before would also exist if it was unregulated as well though, doesnt regulation at least as what Im reading from overall increase the safety for s***work, not saying its "safe" though.

actually i've been able to pass and hold a military security clearance with all the s*** i've posted on here so it makes me wonder what type of FBI/CSI/INTERPOL individuals are doing background checks where you work
