Big Mom pulling up out of nowhere and he's composed as s*** with only a fraction of the crew there and those crew members shook, talking about a counterattack and assuring Luffy he'll get the Sunny and everyone to Zou safe (like I said I got a lot to go so man might end up getting worked bad, but this s*** was hard to me)

Ah totally forgot bout the big mom part, yeah I loved that. Sanji leading the (swirly pirates) crew was awesome. And yeah I agree sanji saving the day against doflamingo was really good, but I just wish he didn't get so easily trashed afterwards

I don't think him getting thrashed is a big deal at all due to the nature of Doflamingo's power and character - you're not beating dude by just rushing in no matter how strong you are. Law been plotting on man for years and is strong as hell and a great tactician to boot and he just got worked (and I know he was dealing with exhaustion at that point but sheesh).

I wasn't expecting sanji to win of course, I just wished he could have done smth at least a lil bit more impressive. Like Zoro looked pretty badass in his lil fight with a marine admiral. But yeah sanji still my Favourite character even tho he didn't have such impressive feats post time skip

Nah I much prefer it this way I knew he wouldn’t die from that last chapter simply because of how abrupt it was and where the chapter ended. If he was dead it would’ve been awkwardly placed. Plus, we spent some time with him he deserves at least the little flashback he got and last struggle. Plus, Kaido was spitting afterwards.
