Like just think for a second how massive Loki in his Zoan form is. Luffy is able to catch 20 Giants with his belly, meaning he might be Ancient Giant sized currently (as big as standard Loki). Loki dwarfs Luffy AND Ragnir considerably lmaoooooooo

Shanks has top tier Haki, we underestimate the power of it. The regular vice Admirals are probably not even as strong as Jinbe, Whole Cake G4 Luffy couldn't even touch Big Mom

so we can't be sure how these power levels actually interact is all I'm saying
loki is obviously top tier but we gotta remember that Shanks hasn't gone all out (even if him & Loki probably had a fake fight) & Kaido semi wanted Luffy to beat him to give him a legendary death, dude could've killed everyone in Roof Piece 10 times over if he actually wanted to.

Loki’s going to have a showing like Wyper where Oda breaks the rule of letting someone stand equal or above to Luffy. If Loki wasn’t in recovery he’d possibly be too strong.
