I think haki is cool . Of course I’m sure oda decided to expand on it more later on but the world of one piece kinda leaves that door open without it seeming random . I had someone tell me how come people like whitebeard was so weak haki wise and that basis got covered by explaining haki gets weaker when you become legit old .

I feel like ODA covered his basis good enough for it to be believable. With a story this big every single element ain’t finna be thought about 10 years in advance but even then oda still planted plenty of seeds ahead of time to expand on later and have it tie in well

Even advanced haki existing or different implementations of it being used makes sense . It also makes sense why we wouldn’t see these extreme variations until the new world

It's a bit of both because there are some advanced uses in that war and you realise it later after it's fleshed out.

I can understand preferring Ace to Sabo but Sabo wasn’t “brought back from the dead”. He never died. He was introduced in a story flashback to prep for his role in the story later on. Unfortunately Ace just has a cooler look, cooler backstory and was one of the first logia’s the story ever had so he’ll always be hard to top but Sabo’s barely been fleshed out so there’s time for him to win people over.

None of them are cannon, but I’ve heard everything from Strong World and after is decent

I think a few movies are canon as characters that appear in those movies eventually get mentioned in the manga/anime.

I think a lot of people just feel like he was shoehorned in because he wasn't in the flash backs with Luffy and Ace as kids at first. Then when it started to get closer to Marine Ford a third kid was just brought into flash backs and never really talked just was there smiling all the time. Then it's like he's just Ace's less cooler replacement(I like Sabo. I don't think he's like Ace at all. He's a lot more emotional than Ace*Reverie incident*)

Yeah during water 7 when Garp shows up and it was a few random ones when Ace and Luffy met up in Alabasta.
