right now i just cut carbs and sugar by cooking at home a lot and eating cauliflower rice/shirataki noodles

i'm not on medication cause my A1C is pretty decent without it but i might switch to taking some because ngl not being able to really eat any actual rice or noodles without my blood sugar spiking is really annoying

Sorry for your loss. My friend got blown to pieces on a commercial flight to canada by a missile. I think about him every day. If he had died from obesity or uncontrolled diabetes I don’t think I care as much tbh.

ya and if you can exercise daily, i know diabetes can be a struggle f*** i have T1 WHEN IT FEELS like your doing everything right it could seem your doing the opposite even the slightest thing can f*** up and it seems your doing wrong but your not keep strong too man i wish you all the best
