yeah if there’s any topic there shouldn’t be a gendered double standard on it’s pedophilia, like how many times do we hear about female teachers being caught with their male students. how many of us, especially in the black community, know a guy who “lost his virginity” to a much older teenage girl or grown woman often as a prepubescent teen or younger?

the only reason why this double standard exists is because people, especially men, don’t take male victims seriously not because women are less likely to be predators
