They both have at least one classic album each. Anybody saying they have none is definitely being a hater.

I've said it before, even though Take Care is that whiny bullshit I can't stand from Drake, it meets just about every arbitrary mark people create for themselves when determining whether an album is a classic or not. Multiple hit songs, made a lasting impact on the genre, set trends and influenced predecessors and contemporaries, elevated the status of the artist, and is globally recognized as a great body of work. All of these also apply to Forest Hills Drive.

Now do I think that Drake released better albums than Take Care? Absolutely. He dropped two better albums right after Take Care lmao but I also recognize they didn't have the same impact or influence as Take Care.

Has Cole released a better album after FHD? Hell f***in no, and damn near every album after it have been outright boring and/or mid-decent at best.

I feel like Marvin's Room is the song that made the album a cultural phenomenon and raised to a classic status. When that song dropped as a single it really cemented Drake as the soft tumblr-core blog rap simp God

Personally I think NWTS and IYRTYTL were much better.

NWTS because it was much less of a slog to get through and significantly less corny than Take Care. IYRTYTL because it had much better music overall, and again, much less of a slog to get through than Take Care.
