    marvins room was retroactively named the first single, you can't really give take care the same amount of credit for being groundbreaking out the gate and "taking chances with a first single" when drake was dropping loosies constantly at that time and marvins room just so happened to take off so it was then called the first single

    dreams money could by was one of the first take care era songs released around marvins room and trust issues as well

    Everyone has different metrics of what a classic is so this just becomes a thread to get emotional and mad that someone feels differently

    I don’t think there should be different metrics for what’s considered a classic. That then feels like a personal opinion.

    i remember it vividly. DMCB dropped first then Marvin's Room dropped a month or two later. I was in Vegas when it dropped, Crazy first listen in the hotel room, lol.

    Club Paradise then dropped a month or two later.
