yeah if u got a good PC u dont need an xbox at all thats kind of Microsoft's point tho lol as long as ur playing Xbox Game Studios games within some form of the Xbox ecosystem then ur doing what they want and now even Sony sees the value and is bringing over all their first parties to run on Microsoft Windows

however with only a PlayStation u wont play these day one on Game Pass for no additional costs than the usual monthly fee between now and next summer, with more to be revealed:
    Back 4 Blood
    Forza Horizon 5
    Halo Infinite
    STALKER 2
    Atomic Heart

fair fair i have a ps4 and series x but it sucks to see this kinda stuff. they just want the cash flowing at the end of the day

It’s on PS4 because there was a Kickstarter before Microsoft bought them and people had already donated to have the game on PS4. So they’re just following through with that.

Just finished Tomb Raider (Definitive Edition). Fantastic game. Traversing the island, climbing, sneaking, using various tools and weapons to make your way through the environment and enemies. All of it felt great and visually looked great even though it’s quite a few years old.

Now I’m onto the next one: Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the whole trilogy cus they were on a crazy sale (like all three games for 20 bucks) on the Xbox Store.

What's with the super clunky/slow aiming on Rise of the Tomb Raider? The first game felt so great but the aiming on ROTTR is super slow/clunky even if I play around with the aim sensitivity. First game was 60 FPS and ROTTR is 30 but aiming feels like 10 FPS. Graphically I definitely see some improvements but the controls are way more clunky in ROTTR so far. Trying to shoot an animal is a hassle and waste of arrows.

Edit: Seems I'm not alone on this when I research this issue. Seems to be related to deadzone/acceleration/input lag. Feels wonky as heck. Apparently it was fixed for some on PS4, but remains on Xbox One and Series S at least. The first game (Tomb Raider Definitive Edition) and the third game (Shadow of the Tomb Raider) feel way better and run in 60 FPS, but for some reason ROTTR has wonky controls and runs in 30 FPS.

Lol Reddit is so negative today . Yeah PlayStation showed some amazing titles that won’t be Available for like two years outside of GOW but we actually have games coming within that same time frame like hellblade, fable , perfect dark , avowed and more

just within around a year from now we would have had Forza, stalker, Halo, redfall , and starfield . Hard to complain with all of that

The first game spoiled me with 60 FPS and smooth controls. I just finished Rise last night but I honestly rushed through it because of how bad the input lag and 30 FPS felt. Just didn’t feel very responsive at all compared to the first game, which affected my ability to accurately aim/move and execute various actions, but besides that it was great. I loved the first game, and now that I’m just starting the third one (Shadow of the Tomb Raider) the game is back to 60 FPS, smoother controls and vastly improved visuals on my Xbox Series S.

Just started on Shadow of the Tomb Raider on XSS and I must say WHEW. It has, by far, the best graphics out of any game I have ever played. The lush Peruvian jungle, 60 FPS, the lighting and shadows and colors. Looks freaking brazy and smooth.
