you should take em in addition to a healthy lifestyle
they cant replace one (if that's what you mean by bullshit)
I want my diet to be really well balanced but I’m taking a multivitamin at the minute until I get a really regimented diet. I’m nearly out though so I was wondering whether it’s worth buying more.

better be safe than sorry
Are multivitamin supplements bullshit?
You're mostly just paying to have expensive piss but they don't do any harm. Easier for your body to get what it needs through whole foods and generally you don't need to supplement if you have a varied diet, especially if you drink some plant milk now and then that is B12 fortified.

Like dam i just want there to be less animal abuse and you gotta argue against that? Yeah I dont care how you "feel", psychopath.

Finally got the impossible burger in Canada

Nut/seeds, beans, vegetables, and whole grains should cover your bases for most of these (except B12 and D depending on your climate/melanin). Make sure you eat high-calcium low-oxalate leafy greens like kale and collards too
Iodine might be good if you don't have iodine-fortified salt

Always think about going vegan but it seems so hard. I think ill go vegetarian again. I was pescetarian for about 7 months but the last 4 months I was strictly vegetarian. I feel bad eating chickens despite them tasting amazing
