Went to buy some basil at sprouts and they had hella plants for like $4 a piece. I’m kinda broke atm but totally thought about just buying like 6 of them lol
@Smoofer do u cook the greens when u make pasta like this
I left the greens raw but they’re more of like a garnish in this dish tbh. And when you bite one it’s hella bitter lol

Dam. Idt I've ever used collards before. Usually just kale or spinach. I actually just toss the kale in with the boiling pasta covered for like the last 1-2min it's cooking. The spinach is fine raw tbh.

I’d say collard is like a mix between kale and spinach. But definitely has the highest bitterness. I can eat raw spinach and kale all day

Yeah I just do it to soften the kale. Otherwise it's lit

is honey vegan?
Technically honey is plant-based, but the actual effect of eating honey is generally harmful for the bees, so I wouldn't call it vegan.

In the mosquito case, since they can be removed without hurting ecosystems/other animals and are disease carriers, I think it's okay that we're trying to eradicate them.
Most other insects I think people should just leave alone.
