almost all the parties involved seem to be in the wrong one way or another. There was a problem with the visa application which couldve been resolved or simplified for him but the matter just got further politicized and convoluted.

So he wasn't deported because he was a health risk, but AUS argued that he would create anti-vax sentiment in AUS (which is 90+% vaxxed) if he was there. They argued that Serbia is only 50% vaxxed, and the influence of Djokovic is part of the reason.
