Watch Dogs: Legion is 900p-1080p
Half the games aren’t even going close to 1440p and this is just the beginning of the generation
Microsoft’s own first party games are 1080p
thats because they're running off the one s build of games, many of which have locked fps and patched for 1080/1440p. This was never supposed to be a 4k machine and never marketed as such so it's doing exactly what it was built to do.

It's more for like emerging markets where consoles and pc's are stupid expensive. This is way to get you feet in the water and gamepass gives u like 300 games at ur fingertips. They've been pushing this more in places like brazil and such
