I mean would you want BB2 from another studio? How would that look to fans they would automatically just shrug it off.

If from was clear that they would never make the sequel than I think I wouldn't mind sony making a new team just for bloodborne if they could snipe some talent from the first game. But that's all wishful thinking on my part.

I think its a thing where fromsoftware is an independent studio why make exclusive games when you can put it everywhere.

Because to me it seems clear from doesn't want to make an exclusive so if I were sony and I owned bloodborne I would try and create a new team for a sequel or else the game franchise would lay dormant.
