Demon Souls is 1440p in 60 fps default , 4k 30fps Fidelity Mode

that 1440p better be native

1440 60 is fine with me if an option on AAA games.

PSNow has existed for years and lets you stream over 800 games (you have to check the list yourself) many of these games (anything that exists on PS4) you can also download and play as long as you're subscribed. This should carry on with ps5.
Also, PS+, which is the online multiplayer subscription will be coming with 18 free games on PS5 at launch (and they are good games such as God of War, Bloodborne, fallout 4, etc.) A year of PS+ is $60, and a year of PSNow is $60, so together is $120 a year.

I have the Series X on preorder from Amazon only because I couldn't snag the PS5. If I can find one on launch I'm going to flip the X.
