Just a $100 4k movie player for me worth it

I buy digital games but collect films physically so I have to buy the one with the disc drive so I have a way to watch them

Have a 4K player already so I’m definitely copping the digital edition.

i need this now i can’t wait any longer

i have some blu rays as well, thats why im leaning towards disc. plus if i end up buying a used game on disc at a good price

i feel like the psn store is gonna offer less sales and deals once were in the ps5 era. they'll know a lot of gamers have the digital only ps5, which leads me to believe they may try to take advantage and offer less gamer friendly deals on digital games.

i am building my digital library up now tho. who knows, i may end up justing buying what i have on blu-ray digitally as well.

a few games are overpriced af on the store and they never go on sale. for a few games that were $40-50 dollars on the store (and they are older games), i went to a used game store down the street from me and copped both for like $15-20 each. saved a lot of money

i want most of my s*** digital, but it doesnt hurt to have more options on the table if you dont like the prices

So I don't game much anymore, haven't bought a game in about 2 years but was pretty excited for Cyberpunk. Was already worried my regular PS4 was gonna have problems playing it but yesterday I turned it on for the first time in about a month just to watch Netflix and it was struggling. It suffered a pretty bad fall a couple months ago, I checked everything right after it happened and it seemed okay, booted up fine and everything but it's pretty clear now that once I do anything beyond that with it, it's not okay.

I planned on eventually getting a PS5, but I obviously won't be able to get one at launch and I'm definitely not gonna pay resale for it, was wondering if I should just buy a PS4 Pro or even slim just to play Cyberpunk

You might as well wait and get a PS5 fam.
