Might get one couple of years down the line when they release their games and I know for a fact they are worth playing.

But as of right now, I can trust Sony to give me memorable experiences worth my money.

haven’t played persona 5 or Spider-Man but will because f*** it they’re included in the ps plus collection

PS5 has a s***load of timed and console exclusives in year 1

not to mention unannounced titles, one can only imagine what PS5 might have in store over its 7 year lifespan.

It most definitely won't be used by less than 1% of the userbase. There is a lot of upscaling support for Xbox One games, and considering how few of games there will be for the rest of the year. People will typically be happy playing older games for the next year.

I'd rather they invest in making great new games than software to support 10+ year old consoles. It's a nice to have for sure, but will rarely be used. A while ago there was a report that Xbox users only spent about 1.5% of playtime on back compat games.

Xbox one back compat will be used for sure at the start (like PS4 back compat) but rarely 360 or ps3 games.

When looking at the launch lineup and first year of release of both consoles, it's clear Sony chose the right place to invest their money compared to MS

MS has spent so much time advertising back compatibility that people forgot the point of a new console was for new games
