No first on the PS4 I believe... But it'll be there when the PS5 drops.
And you should not have any issues with the PS4 to PS5 free upgrade... But I would just wait and buy the PS5 version of the game tbh.

I don’t think Sony does preauthorization like Target and Walmart. They should charge your card immediately. Could be wrong though.
