Eh. Close enough
dumb money move put I just picked up a Pro and PS VR, figured I send this generation off with a bang. 4K monitor coming in too so I'll finally be able to play these PS4 exclusives in their ultimate form.
Which monitor you get? I’m holding off on getting a monitor.
Well I guess getting a small NVME M.2 SSD as in it not having enough TB's... Yeah not a good idea fam. The games will at least be between 100-150 GB's... Maybe even 200-400 GB's. I guess I'll have to get a 4 or 8 TB's NVME M.2 SSD for sure!
Games won't need duplicate files now though either, goodness
Ps5 better be 1 terabyte minimum
It's confirmed to be 825 GB's lol... That's why I'll upgrade mine ASAP!
@slime_wrld That's true... But don't expect all games to be small. Like I don't expect them to be under 50 GB's if we're talking about an AAA game for example.

acer predator xb273k (gpbmiipprzx version). Just needed a new 4k monitor and kind of gave up on looking for a good HDR monitor cause that s*** cost almost double what I just paid.
Alright since PS4 cycle is coming to an end in the near future I’m going to catch up with the exclusives. The only exclusive I have right now is Ghost of Tsushima.
Copping:
Spider-Man
God of War
Is there any other exclusives that are worth playing

Yeah I think I might slowly get into these type of games. Plus these two games are some good ones
So it can’t gets 60 FPS unless you put it into an optional performance mode? Damn. Wonder what the FPS will be in non-performance mode
edit: it’ll probably be locked at 30fps, anything else would just get annoying
So what do y’all think?
If you’re playing horizon 2 or miles morales what will you pick?
A 30fps “ultra graphics” mode or a 60 FPS “performance” mode?
I think I’ll probably bounce between both a few times and end up sticking with the 30 FPS mode honestly

60fps is way more impactful versus ray tracing .. at least to me

well it’ll be more than ray-tracing, my guess is draw distance and anti-aliasing will be highly reduced on the performance mode as well

Those things won’t have a large impact on gpu performance. Just look at last gen amd graphics cards. Console performance is way better than pc in terms of optimization

Even new games in 2019 and 2020 running on the newest cards take a huge hit in performance if you turn up antialiasing and MSAA

Its console you’re not going to get max settings.

that’s not what I said lol I was just asking what you personally thought about the PS5 performance mode vs graphics mode
Anyways you said no settings will turned off except ray tracing to get 60fps. Which is crazy, I’m saying there’s no way that’s true

I didn’t say only ray tracing would be turned down or off all i said was those other things aren’t as intense as ray tracing , ray tracing is the biggest performance tanker and will mostly likely be the first thing to go
