Previously had issues with res and boiling effect, looked bad that i played with pssr 1 off but now, looks noticeably sharper and boiling gone!
From replay mode but the difference was there in regular gameplay.

Excited for Wolverine and gta 6 with this out now.

New Portal update is nice. I wondered if they were rolling out increasing bitrate ahead of the rumoured Pro Portal
So tempted to get a pro but I don’t even use my base 5 enough as is
That might change at some point... So I would recommend you doing it now before the price increases!
Are these PSSR updates worth selling my ps5, and adding that money to cop a ps5 pro?

only if you have a 120hz vrr screen

If you've the right TV for it? Sure!
But even if that's not the case so will there still be some differences that are worth it.

this might be the most beautiful racing game ever jesus christ
System Shock (2023) just finally got updated on ps5/ps5 pro and it now runs and looks incredible and all jankiness like with grenades and s*** has been fixed. It’s perfect now if you’re craving a shock-like, and obviously it’s got that 90s vibe of minimal handholding.
Just beat system shock, beautiful game and I loved the exploration but it’s a little rough around the edges. The cyberspace sections are not fun, it’s a weird change of pace and feels like a chore. I guess those sections were a cool concept in the 90s, they don’t hold up at all in the remake. The final boss having its own cyberspace section killed the vibe at the end

Yeah I played the original in the early 00’s as a kid and remembered loving it so I copped the 2023 remake on release and that’s basically how I felt.
It’s in my top games OAT and the influence on gaming is crazy but I think I’d prefer a complete reboot/reimagining with modern gameplay design choices in general.

No more mobile games too guys!!!
So yeah no more PC ports and mobile games now... So the focus is on the PS5/PS5 Pro and the PS6/PS6 handheld starting in 2026 and beyond!
