I think there's a chance they return to the game awards and show gameplay. I remember them showing tlou2 a couple of years before the release

I believe you’re mistaking TLOU2 for TLOU1, which they showed at TGA 2011 (the former was never shown off at TGA surprisingly).

iirc they first showed gameplay at e3 2018, and the game released in 2020. I meant that the timeframe might be similar, not that they went to the Geoff show for tlou2

Hmm I don’t think they’ll show off Intergalactic again this year cus they probably don’t want to condition the audience to expect an update on a given game at the same show.

Revealing Cory Barlog’s new game on that big stage seems like the right opportunity for PlayStation or Wolverine’s gameplay debut (cus of Marvel being mainstream and all).

tbh, the ONLY reason why I wanna get the pro is because of GTA VI maxxing, so w/e, but like is there really that much of a difference?

i was planning on upgrading my tv to go with it. Besides Spider-Man, Ghosts, and Death Stranding, idk what other games i would play

For me it’s more nice to have than an essential purchase (have used it for titles like MH wilds, Alan wake 2, AC shadows, DS2, eventually rebirth). a new TV will provide much more noticeable results IMO

Yeah it’s definitely a luxury, I recently copped the pro with a 4K oled monitor to match and omg…beautiful is an understatement, it looks insane

Don't have a PS5 yet. Considering biting the bullet and getting the Pro just for GTA 6 too but I've been leaning more towards getting the standard PS5. Don't think paying that much extra for one game is worth it and I'm sure the game will still look gorgeous on a standard PS5. Plus you'd have to invest in a TV and all that to take full advantage of the console which makes it all even less worth it for one game
