Even though I don't mind paying the $9.99, actually playing online on PS5 could be cheaper. Just $4.99/month just for online access would be the sweet spot(cause the monthly games are usually just ok or just trash).

But yea, being able to play both Power Stones/Project Justice online in 2025 is worth the $39.99 alone. Crazy thing is, these arcade games from the late 90s/early 2000s still seem premium/well made

Moved to a new building and the only internet they offer is this f***ing ass third-rate ISP I’ve never heard of. Sure enough my connection is f***ing abysmal, my online gaming days might truly be beyond me now

Pretty sure it’s broadband. But basically seems the whole building accesses the same WiFi port or router and each apartment has its own personal access password.

I don’t even see where the router in my apartment would be, but I have WiFi throughout the whole building. Except my bars never go above 2 bars, ps5 sitting at like 58% connectivity.

Then I’ll run a download test and get like 60-70mbs but when actually downloading something it’s way slower, and any online game has constant rubberbanding.

S***, so basically makes online gaming unplayable, If everyone in the building is on the same internet, it's likely throttled. Landlord/whoever owns the building most likely doesn't care about speed, long as the internet works.

Got another good 2.5/3 yrs on this generation tbh. That PS1 to PS2 to PS3 5 year lifecycle is dead.

The Capcom vs SNK 2000 Pro aesthetic/gameplay is GOAT, but the last bosses in arcade mode are some of the cheapest bosses I've ever encountered in a fighter.

What will theoretically be the actual difference between a ps5 and ps6 game? Will the ps6 even get exclusive games or will they all be compatible and just “enhanced for ps6”?

Well it's said that it'll be the strongest console of its generation... So that's one thing.

And the other stuff is...

• More RAM (24-32 GB's).
• New and fast CPU which is rumored to be Zen 5 or Zen 6... And it sounds like it's more likely to be Zen 6 so far (Should be above 4 Ghz).
• A UDNA GPU (PS5 Pro uses a mix of RDNA 3 + 4 aka RDNA 3.5) which means UDNA is like RDNA 5 (Unless it's UDNA 2 which is RDNA 6).
• A more advanced version of PSSR/FSR.
• Better Ray-Tracing... Maybe some Path-Tracing too.
• More than 120 Hz... Maybe 240 Hz.
• The latest version of the NVME M.2 SSD's which is the fifth generation of it so far unless the sixth version of it is out by 2026 or 2027 and Sony decides to use it... But it's most likely the fifth generation of it since I don't see it coming in the next 1-2 years.
• Yes it'll have exclusive PS6 games eventually like the current generation... So yes I think there will be PS5/PS5 Pro versions of Horizon, Physint etc. and then 3-4 years later so will that stop unless maybe it's games like COD so will it maybe take more like 4-5 years before the support for the last-generation stops.
• Expect more remasters/remakes as I see this been a thing forever which is both a good thing and a bad thing depending on who you ask about this.

Plus don't forget that we're getting a handheld around the time the PS6 is out so that will be a thing which will be part of that generation as well
