Finally got my own PS5. Used to play at a gaming cafe nearby for a year
Got Horizon Forbidden West and MK11. Love both so far. Waiting for Spider-Man 2 price to drop, wish they did regional pricing but whatever.

Will be starting soon also. Could be helpful
Enjoying the f*** out of MK11 with friends.
Which racing game is good for local multiplayer. GT7 looks awful in local multiplayer and the always online s*** turns me off.

I’m playing blind but should I get stuck, I’ll refer to this. Thanks

mk 11? Cop that new one brother

I would have if the ultimate edition with like all the content was out. Seeing all those greyed out spaces on the character list just pisses me off, I got MK11 ultimate with like everything for like 15 dollars.

Not sure about local gt7 but the online is fun af. Still my most played game on ps5
I just got a brand new 4k/120hz monitor with hdmi 2.1 but it doesn’t have VRR, does this mean I’m screwed in terms of ps5 120fps? Or are there some games that have it without VRR? I noticed the prince of Persia game coming next week is 4k 120fps
i hope it works with my monitor

The Sony InZone one? Or you mean probably an ASUS, Acer or MSI one... Anyway no the VRR part is there to keep the framerate closer to 60 Hz or 120 HZ or well so it doesn't dip into something very low... What you should more be concerned about is if it's HDR-10 and if it's 1000 nits or lower... Also I hope it's more than 27" as for 4K so would a recommend a 32" monitor at least. Other than so is it all good with that 4K/120 Hz monitor having a HDMI 2.1 port.
Or well that depends on how many consoles or whatever you want to connect to it so would it be better if it has 2 or more... But yeah enjoy it famo... I hope the prices for the OLED monitors from ASUS etc. do go down during 2024-2025 though.

I see, thanks for the heads up. Glad to hear that.
I have my pc setup where there’s no sunlight so having a lot of nits isn’t a big deal personally. I made sure it had a minimum of 300 nits which is required for hdr though. How do I know if it’s hdr-10?
Yeah I definitely want to invest in an oled monitor in a few years when the prices drop, then I can have a dual monitor setup

No probs famo
Well if it doesn't say that on the box then so should it having an HDMI 2.1 port mean it supports HDR-10 at least.
Yeah I can never go back since I got an OLED smartphone and TV... So what I'll get next which for example is some PC monitors must be OLED too!
Granblue Fantasy: Relink looks pretty cool (although a bit generic art style-wise)
And I hear there’s a demo dropping on January 12th?
Slides that essentially showcase the influencing reasons for the whole live service push.
