Its slightly bigger then what i thought but the design of it is way better then what i thought too. I have mine on its side laying on the stand that came with it. It looks like a unique,premium machine.

Yeah I saw it in person a couple of times and it's indeed their biggest so far besides the PS3 (2006) and PS4 Pro (2016) which I believe are smaller than the PS5 but still bigger than the PS1, PS2, PS3 Slim (2009) and PS4 (2014)/PS4 Slim (2016)... I do imagine the PS5 Pro been bigger than the current PS5 though

And very nice... I do look forward to getting/playing most of those games minus the Diablo one haha as it's not my type of game. But yeah some good ones so far in 2022 and then some more in 2023 etc. So there should be even more good games coming in the next 1-5 years for sure!

It murders the PS3 and 4 Pro in design imo and the UI just has that nice classic Playstation ambience,they pretty much mixed PS4s usability/modernism with a just a bit of that unknown vibe early PS3/PS2 gave off.

Yeah even though some people don't like it so do I think it's their best so far even though I didn't hate any of the design etc. of the previous PlayStation consoles. So I wonder how the PS5 Pro will look like though as I wonder if it'll be like with the PS4 Pro or something better which I hope it'll be

I am not worried about the PS6 though as I think it'll be another good though that we'll by then see if it's as good as the PS5 or even better

Yeah kind of early about the PS6... But the PS5 Pro should be out some time in 2024 or 2025 so more stuff will probably leak about it in 2023 and 2024

I definitely cant see the Pro sticking with white,it'll most definitely be bigger as well but i think last gen,both Microsoft and Sony knew their new consoles were kinda underpowered for what was ahead. Seems like with PS5/Series X,the new gen really got started at the end of last yr.

Anyways,PS4-PS5 definitely feels like more of a leap then with PS3-PS4,cause the fidelity in video games is ridiculous now. Reminds me every bit of the jump from PS2-PS3.

True it took some time until it was finally worth it getting a PS5 but ever since late 2021 and well now so is it a very good idea to get one now or nothing later than mid-late 2023 for sure

Well I haven't seen any PS5 game been played on a PS5 so far but yeah from what is for example on YouTube so do I see this jump in graphics etc. been much more noticeable than how it was between the PS2 and PS3... Well in the first 2-3 years at least. But yeah it took less time with the PS5 for that to happen so this gets me wondering if it'll be the same case with the PS6 compared to the PS5 or if we'll have to wait until the PS7 is out. But anyway so do I look forward to what the PS5/PS5 Pro will bring in the next couple of years for sure

This gen is definitely a "you have to see it to believe it" type thing for sure. Im rocking with a 1080p 120hz 32inch(imo,4K is overrated if you don't have the frames to match it,120hz tvs are kinda hard to find/more expensive for a reason)and games just look ridiculously smooth with the graphics to match.

MW2 120fps is insane,especially in the campaign,looks like your looking out a window. All the games I've played so far are just much more vibrant,smoother and way more detailed graphically then what ive seen to date

1080p @ 120 Hz? Monitor? Still nice though... I got a 4K/120 Hz OLED TV though so I can't wait to see how games, videos, movies etc. will look like on it.

4K @ 120 HZ games don't I imagine been many of... But it should be possible if it's 1080p or 1440p @ 120 HZ though

Its a Phillips TV,it does a good job,im definitely down to splurge on an OLED one of these days myself tho. One thing i learned is that a crappy 4K TV is probably not better then a good/great 1080p TV,and without the Hz,definitely not.

But yeah,MW2 on PS5 looks amazing,the sound is great too. The 120fps mode in the campaign is definitely a next gen experience

Yeah man I do already have a long list of games I want to play which wasn't the case when gaming on the PS4 until 2014 or 2015 at least and even some would say until 2016-2017. But this one is different and Sony is in a better position so far so I do imagine some more exciting stuff will be revealed during 2023 etc. that will hopefully make everyone feel like how things were back in the PS1 and PS2 days maybe. I've a great feeling about this generation so far tbh

Definitely,I think Sony wants that PS2 type magic back in terms of games this gen. PS4 felt like a detour for Playstation for some reason,good games were there but it took until the tail end of the gen to come out with some really unique/great stuff for that console,basically setting the tone for PS5.

Yes exactly... Or at least the PS1 days. But yeah I think they (Sony) want to make sure this generation is better than the last 2 for sure!

And I imagine things getting better with Sony working with more studios and maybe even acquiring some more... Basically I feel things will only get better and lead to the PS6 generation possibly been even better than even the PS5 one!
