Well it's 825 GB's plus the NVME M.2 SSD that the storage of it depends on what you can afford to purchase which is up to 2 TB's so far.

And yeah I'll be getting the PS5 Pro as well when it drops in 2023 or 2024.

100 GB's at least if it's an AAA game. But nothing under 50-70 GB's for sure!

Yep exactly. But I've also heard that some games might be over 100 GB's... So between 200-400 GB's.

I would recommend an external SSD or just upgrading the internal storage (NVME M.2 SSD). But yeah make sure that it's not very slow fam.
