There’s both the upper echelon in their respective styles, like no one can replicate some of their tricks. With that said I agree, nyjahs skate was a lil more impressive in my opinion.

Nyjah is definitely the more like “~~dangerous” style no doubt. Idk, like would I rather watch Tyshawn?- yes no question. For as much as I’m not a Nyjah fan do I think it’ll be kinda embarrassing on thrashers part if he never gets SOTY? Tbh, yeah

It’s pretty obvious there’s an agenda of never awarding him soty. I think we all get that thrasher prefers a certain aesthetics and nyjah competition style doesn’t neaty fit their criteria but dude is skating at a higher level than his contemporaries. Theirs no skater that skates rails that can do what nyjah does and that’s really the bottom line.
