    yall ever go through a period of cooked ass legs? I took 3 days off and my legs and feet still feel destroyed

    • I was running probably 10/14 days , I might’ve overworked

    lowkey haven't gotten sore since I started taking turmeric supplements and doing a 2 minute post run stretch + massage gun

    im only doing like a 5k 4 time a week tho on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

    I need to start hitting leg day if I’m gonna run so much too. You disciplined about that?

    kettlebell routines 4x a week, squats 2x/week, but ever since I started running again this year I've been lifting at maintenance and just trying to work on form. main focus is running rn, just don't wanna lose any muscle by stopping the lifting

    What do you guys and gals do about shin splints

    Finding a running belt is so stress inducing. I've ordered 2 now and they've been either too small or the zips aren't big enough to store a smartphone and headphone case. It's super frustrating 😒

    I got a fit belt which is great, but you can't store a phone or headphone case without one slipping out pause

    These are the grail of running shorts imo, 3 large zipped pockets, plus they're pretty lightweight and you can tuck a t-shirt into the loop in the back if you want to go shirtless

    I used to run in arcteryx gammas but the internal pockets delaminated on me and I lost my airpods that way, the acgs have sewn pockets

    People really like janji and lululemon but I don't like any of the pockets on the stuff they make

    Just ran a slow ass 5k right now. My legs still feel heavy. Idk wtf it is. Ima start hitting leg day maybe they’re just too weak now idk

    First half marathon (or any kind of organized run) in the books! 2 hours 20 mins, not a great time by any means but I’m happy to have finished under 2:30. Gonna probably try another one later in the summer for a better time and then try a full marathon next year.
