Started running again after going to physical therapy.
Felt good at first, but now my pain just started right back again.

it's my first run of the week, so i was motivated for lost time

I signed up for my first county race in April. Just a 5k but it’s my first ‘competitive’ race since high school (and I just did sprints back then) so I’m a little nervously excited for it
Maybe I should try to finally run a 10k beforehand to make the 5k feel easier
