    power through it with earbuds and setting personal goals i hate it but it's got to be done. for me i was injured from last autumn so i'm making up for lost time

    I remember someone saying not to. A Nike trainer, I think. Something about "not stretching cold muscles"

    I signed up for my first county race in April. Just a 5k but it’s my first ‘competitive’ race since high school (and I just did sprints back then) so I’m a little nervously excited for it

    Not really, I just signed up bc I run 5Ks for normal exercise and want a motivation to improve my best time. So I’ve continued to run 5Ks some days and a mile+weights other days
