thanks man! and yeah that's the plan. that distance and pace I did was just right, had my knee a little sore the next day but not the day after. gonna continue with a run every saturday not worrying about my distance and pace, just focusing on form and consistency and go from there

no, i literally can't haha i tried to relearn after my stroke, but it's not fluid enough
I’ve been running consistently for about a year and I feel like I’m getting slower, not faster. I know I’m getting faster but i doesn’t seem like it. My legs, particularly the area around my Achilles and ankle are perpetually tight and heavy, even after couple days of recovery. Lunges and calf raises help
