NYT always has fantastic live coverage of elections

A lot of the ballots wont be counted tho (they never are) especially once CNN and Fox News make their predictions. Poll workers will continue to count votes tho but usually don’t finish.
However in contested States, there might be a recount if one of the parties file a lawsuit for a recount

The NYT needle gives people PTSD now but it's going to take into account a lot of the variables we're worried about, like when absentee ballots and mail-in votes will be counted.

I wouldn't look at the results much until around midnight EST honestly.

1. Americans are racists and selfish
2. Clinton got 8 years. Bush got 8 years. Obama got 8 years. All presidents this millennium have served 2 terms

Oh I’m taking about polls like from pollsters, not actual ballots cast. Biden’s RCP average is now lower in PA than it was for Clinton

If polls are as wrong as they were on Election Day 2016

Trump would win with 289 ECV, picking up PA, FL, and WI

Final RCP national advantage is Biden +7.2 and that's with Raz in there.

I’m looking at the swing state averages, not national. Trump is no doubt getting clapped in the popular vote

What does this mean

not a good aggregation of the polls due to set cutoff dates and are biased

I've been consistently following 538 this entire cycle and, in order to compare apples to apples, I'm sticking with them. Their PA average shows Biden up 4.7 and, more meaningfully, his margin hasn't moved much at all with large batches of polls added.
