looking at how close this race is, I really don't see how people thought Bernie could have won either this year or in 2016.

Doesn't have anything to do with biden lol they just amped up to vote trump out. That support would've been there for Bernie and even moreso because of the way he'd energize the base and build a much stronger coalition of black latino and white voters.

Biden won more black voters than Bernie, but you're probably right with latinos.

I disagree with him being able to engage and create a bigger coalition than Biden, I just think the general public was not buying into all of his policies as much as you think. There would have been a lot less crossover with republicans who annoyed with Trump.
