i have a very vague reference of kirby air ride so seeing all the cool tech shown off in the direct + already liking kirby has peaked my interest in it. i always felt racing games were sleeping on a lot of new ways to shake up the genre so its nice to see this game is doing that.

Like i already wrote, nobody drops games on august, because people are too busy spending money on vacation to play games, so Nintendo will never release a big game this month, just like Sony and Microsoft won't. September could very well have a Mario 3d all stars type of mario game (dropped the same month it was announced, just a couple weeks after), there could be an end of month MP4 direct with release date for late september (game got enough marketing already, been around since last year's summer direct, got multiple demos, it isnt shocking to be dated a month before release).
Theres no way to correctly predict what Nintendo does, but they've kept having one release a month, so i cant see why stop now

The $80 game is a bundle. Game+dlc being $80 happens for tons of games, every platform, for decades.

Basically every Kirby fan owns the game already seeing as it’s the best selling game in the series at like 8m copies sold, so for most us well just be buying the dlc which is like $20 i think
