Well tbh... Nintendo/Sony 1st/2nd party games are unmatched like the the whole gaming industry wouldn't be the same if they didn't exist. And also they know how to make at least some must have games... Which is why I am really considering getting the Nintendo Switch 2 once the OLED version of it is out or not many months after it's out hopefully and well I'll then be very busy gaming on it since I didn't get the first Nintendo Switch.

Anyway hopefully so will my experience be good and then so will I look forward to anything Nintendo related in the future like I do with the Sony stuff

Once it was obvious that the Odyssey team had made it, there was no reason to diss! Or doubt! They’ve got The Magic.

I assumed right away that it was the Odyssey gang cus the game has a lot of things that remind me of Odyssey, but I just thought it looked like a really basic 3D platformer where you just destroy things but this Direct showed that it has much more to it which is great.

Man your backlog is gonna be insane since you didn’t have a Switch 1! Many great games there that play even better on Switch 2 with the upgraded versions.

Damn Yoshi-p hinted at ffxvi for switch 2. Iirc thats a demanding ass game, interested in how it could turn out. Im personally more interested in the remake project so this isnt big news for me, but for potential support from third parties it sure is!

I actually can’t wait to get Madden 26 for the Switch lol. I play super casual single player modes and it’s kinda nice to know I can just play it handheld

people starting to post their issues with the killswitch on r/dbrand. looks like for some people the case is f***ing with the magnets in the joycons and causing them to fall off super easy, but other people are saying it's not an issue for them. probably gonna wait awhile then before buying a grip, leaning towards satisfye but i'll wait for reviews

I never cared for DK in general and the first Bananza reveal just made it look like a basic 3D platformer where you just mash and destroy things. The DK Bananza Direct however was incredible and showed that there's much more depth to it with the power-up transformations, a doggone skill tree, PAULINE as a companion and integral part of the story, some really cool moves and different ways to use the terrain, customisation/outfits. All these things made me way more interested.

I wish Bananza would drop now. That Direct sold me 100000% on it and got my preorder in as soon as it ended.
