Due to a lack of interesting first party games and the fact that the console is insanely overpriced in my country, I will have to put Switch 2 on the shelf for now. June will be all about Death Stranding 2 instead.

this launch, to me, is just a launch of Mario kart world. that's the only game I'm getting.

but that's fine. I'm gonna be a a day 1 buyer because I want MKW and want to be competitive at it.

but yea if I wasn't a Mario kart die hard then I would be happy to wait until holiday season to buy this console, or even until 2026

got my nintendo invite to buy the switch 2...wondering if i should cop a 2nd one now. would be nice to hold on to an day 1 model for when they get jailbroken

Yeah I kinda regret putting my preorder in.
Nothing but Mario Kart really interests me in the first year basically.
And even that isn't a huge selling point for me, as I'm not an MK fan like that, just think the new one looks cool.
Donkey Kong looks repetitive, Metroid might be cool, but I'm not really an FPS guy like that.
Kinda a weak lineup for a launch, but it's Switch 2 so it's gonna be a success, regardless. I can't wait for a new proper Zelda or Mario tho, those are my system sellers.
