Those are renders based on the CAD files leak from a few months ago, none of the unofficial third party accessory makers would know anything about the console. Now the CAD files themselves are most likely real, so those would still be pretty realistic renders.
Some other rumors floating around recently have a lot of validity as well, like the new pro controller and the joycon stuff.
