I have never fully loved a nintendo singleplayer game
TAKE THAT BACK DONKEY KONG 64
Talk about backtracking

LOL
I cant think of a nintendo singleplayer game I loved front to back and beat
like I always been good on them eventually
Metroid prime with annoying ass s*** like “nice you went to all rooms and collected all upgrades! Now to actually beat the game find 12 scattered artifacts with vague ass hints where they are all across the map to artificially increase game time”
and these artifacts have some BS like “shoot this pillar with a super missle. Btw the pillar is in the middle of nowhere in a starting area and the pillar is not scannable so you have 0 reason to shoot it
That’s literally the best part of the game is solving the clues, sounds like gamers these days are dumber and need everything spoonfed to them, sigh… I wish more games actually had tough things to figure out
The artifacts bring it from a 9/10 to a 10/10 if you’re not a dummy
Also I solved them as I was progressing through the game, it’s not artificially increasing the time at all, saving them all for the end is a choice lmao
You would know to shoot the pillar through the clue so I don’t know what you’re saying lol, the clues often literally give you the location and they highlight the important words

Agree to disagree. I think these artifacts are the worst part. Solving the clue is satisfying. At least it hints what room it will be in. But this artifact hunting imo is just artificial time extender. No need for it. Brings down the game for me.
This is partially my fault cause I waited till you’re forced to get artifacts to get them so maybe that’s why I feel it’s a huge time extender. But I thought they were optional until they weren’t lmfao

It’s core to the story, I don’t see how it’s artificial at all. The entire point is that the civilization that died from the poison created the 12 clues as a requirement to get to the phazon because the person smart enough to solve the 12 clues would be the only one they could trust with the phazon. Hence why the pirates failed and you succeeded, because Samus outsmarted them. It’s brilliant.
A timeless classic.

Ah yeah you’ll probably like Dread more, there’s no clues to solve and there’s less reading, aside from the intro which recaps the previous games
I got my switch with me on my holiday to play in the evening any recommendations for a cute lil game for 5 days

The next Mario Kart on Switch will def be “Mario Kart X” or “Mario Kart 10” or a reboot and just call it “Mario Kart” IMO
Maybe Mario Kart with a sub name
copped rain code, has that danganronpa feel to it, but it’s def it’s own thing
I finally got my limited edition for this a couple days ago since the bundle got delayed & I been playing it. I really fw it so far I like that it’s familiar enough and has most of the same mechanics as Danganronpa but you can actually explore more and it’s all in 3D. The graphics and the aesthetic of the city are super nice too

ya it has a lot of familiar danganronpa tropes but in more of a mystery setting. i just beat it, great game. just walking around the different sections of the city was a blast it’s super atmospheric
So excited for the Lisa port to be released sometime in the next 24hr… never played or really even watched much of but I’ve only heard good things
