man nobody gives a f*** how much the Switch sold year to year, can y’all shut the f*** up and let people who actually have s*** to say use this thread???
new games just dropped and y’all in here waxing poetic over sales numbers
This is the Nintendo thread and as far as I can see they were talking about Nintendo. Y’all can talk about anything related to Nintendo; statistics, games, predictions, opinions, thoughts. Nobody is stopping you or anybody else from doing the same, my g. I don’t see the big deal here lol.
Engage and Golden will keep me fed till Zelda
The Super Mario Bros movie is the only thing that will keep me fed until Zelda drops. I hope we get a Tears of the Kingdom blowout sooner rather than later.

All good brotha. I beat on a dead horse
3D World was 2013 so like 3-4 years
3d world more like a continuation of super Mario world/new super Mario bros style, I wouldn’t really consider it a 3d Mario like 64, sunshine, Galaxy and odyssey.
Bowsers fury on the other hand
I guess it's been long enough now (past the quick Majora/G2 turnover window) that we can assume it's not going to be another Cappy adventure either
on to the next wild concept
pretty confident if it was gonna be Odyssey 2 it would be out by now but maybe covid just threw it off schedule or something
I don’t recall any firm rumor about that but it’s the year of the Mario movie so we’ll probably get some Mario game to capitalize off of the movie hype if I was to guess
No N64 or SNES games for January? WHACK
I'm late to the conversation but my expectation is that whatever new mainline 3D "Odyssey" game will be a launch title with whatever the new switch or successor to the switch is in 2024 (or spring 2025).
I think that they'll utilize the idea of Bowser's Fury where it will be kind of this semi-open world idea but with no loading times for the maps so the development cycle for that would take a substantial amount of time. They definitely used Bowser's Fury as a means to test out the mechanic and see how the market would react to the game, which obviously did very well.

They're dumb because the right releases would motivate people to renew
im finna let it expire because this slow drip s*** aint worth it, we already know all the games available..
