nintendo the king of platformers but sackboy on PS5 is the hardest platformer I’ve ever played. harder then Mario and Celeste because you’re punished for deaths more and it lowers your score so you can’t get gold or ace. World 6 “wonder plane” is just insane. Had to restart levels like 20-30 times before I could make it through with gold or ace

Can’t even beat the Ripsnorter smh

And I beat Celeste, super meat boy, and every Mario so I consider myself good at platforming

settled on the 3080 12GB, i5-12600. Gonna go with 32GB even though I know its a little overkill. still have to collect parts over the new few weeks. got a corsair 4000d airflow case. and a ddr4 msi motherboard.

I played that sometime early 2021 and that game was toughhhh… loved it tho and managed to beat it and all the side missions

Harder than DK modern games or Crash games? Honest question havent played Sackboy

It’s on par with crash 4 in terms of difficulty to achieve the hardest goals, but similarly you can just play both games in a chill way and just ignore all the hard s***

I’ve had the game for a year and still haven’t been able to beat the Ripsnorter in sackboy which is the hardest challenge but maybe one day

I was really hoping an indie direct would be announced by now I’ve been holding off on a few cops specifically because I know the indie sales happen after the direct and I don’t want to drop 20-25 on something that will be 10$ later this week

Oh there’s also Doom (2016). I haven’t played any Doom games before. Is it good to skip ‘16 or play that one first? Thanks for your input.

Depends on what you’re loooking for honestly. Doom 16 is a very good game as well. Very fun single played, and has much better multiplayer than Eternal. Can’t speak for how dead Doom 16 multi is these days though. Eternal has better single player to me but the multiplayer is trash with no true PVP arena modes
