Man I have no idea, I’ve never really played civ before. I bought it last night but it took a while to download so I haven’t actually booted it up yet

What I like is that they have African, Asian and Native American civilizations, not just the usual Rome Greece England bullshit

It's addicting once you figure it out and the music is really good

As for tips:
1. Be sure to prioritize "production"
2. Build several cities ASAP

There's a tutorial in game too so you'll figure it out

Depends on your reason for buying it. If you just want a budget switch to play handheld then yes it’s good. The only huge downside is getting drift would be chaos. I own both a regular and a Pokémon switch light I’ve owned since 2019 and no problems with it

I’ve played Arceus for 76 hours already and I still have so much left to do. It’s insane how much there is to this game.

If there’s even a small chance you’d want to play on the TV then no, but otherwise go for it. Perfect size and weight for handheld sessions and it’s one solid piece as opposed to the regular switch so for me anyways it just feels better in hand

I know they’ll never do it but a slightly bigger version with an OLED screen would be the dream handheld for me

Nope, and I’m someone who plays 75% at least in handheld mode. Games that work with the gyroscope (I understand it’s very few) is basically unusable. Also some games just feels better with using a pro controller instead of handheld. Switch lite is ideal for a secondary Switch to leave the main one docked for whatever reason imo

Nintendo is slowly but surely putting more effort into online multiplayer. Can’t wait for Switch Sports, Splatoon 3 and Strikers, they gotta put them new servers to work. All 3 games are first party btw
