literally this dude always in every thread
imagine a remake this a remaster that?
imagine a new ip, i love mario but god dam since splatoon when was the last ip nintendo had??
why the f*** would they do that
Also who gives a f***? This is Nintendo we’re talking about, it’s not like the fact that an IP is returning holds back their creativity, each new entry in their series is more refreshing than most companies actual new IPs
breath of the wild was like the 17th Zelda game and now everyone wants to make a botw
Also wanting OOT and MM remade makes sense, back in the 90s the tech was holding those games back. Imagine today’s tech, plus voice acting, and quality of life stuff, it’ll be a completely different experience
i want a majora and ocarina remake so bad man or jusr a remaster
Get a 3DS if you want to play OOT & MM remakes Scatt
Lmao that collection would probably be on a GKC, which Nintendo fans are against
Get a 3DS if you want to play OOT & MM remakes Scatt
i was considering getting one for awhile but thr price of them right now are so insane
nah hold on to the copium
Zelda’s 40th anniversary next month just in time for the February Nintendo Direct

now you’re cooking
Zelda’s 40th anniversary next month just in time for the February Nintendo Direct
The type of Zelda announcement I’m mentally prepared for:
“To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Zelda series we have a special announcement for you - Please take a look at this - a Zelda themed Alarm clock that plays sounds and music from Link’s adventures to wake you up in the morning.”
*Nintendo Switch Online subscription is required to use the alarm feature.
“We hope you’ll enjoy waking up to familiar sounds from the Zelda series with the Zelda themed Alarm clock releasing in early 2027 for 299 dollars. This was our last and only announcement for today. Thanks for watching.”

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream direct was announced for Thursday… feels like Nintendo is gearing up for a huge general direct in February.

They are definitely clearing space for new announcements in the next direct. If things like mario wonder and tomodachi life get dedicated directs, that means they'll only briefly show up in the big one
Nate says direct first week of february, so potentially next week.
Hoping for new splatoon raiders and duskbloods gameplay

Dude also said these games are coming to NS2:
-Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
-Metaphor: ReFantazio
-Final Fantasy XVI

FF16 would be brazy given that even PS5 kinda struggled to run it optimally. Guess it’s gonna be locked to 30fps on NS2

Good to hear. They better turn my frown upside down with some actual bangers this time, not 30 FPS ports of old third party games and Switch 2 Editions.
Mario Wonder not even running at 120fps on NS2 is kinda disappointing given that it’s a Switch 1 side-scroller, MP4 can output 120fps and the performance upgrade is locked behind the $20 multiplayer DLC.
We can only hope that the next 2D Mario made specifically for NS2 will have a 120fps mode

If the israeli game comes to switch 2 this or next year i'll hold off playing it then.
Metaphor is only a matter of time, i hope they give it more time in the oven, there's no way that game cant do 60fps on the switch 2.
Square might very well try its hardest to bring ff16 here, game needs all the sales it can get and going by ff7 remake performance i think there is the right audience for it potentially

Hopefully splatoon raiders does the trick!

Wait what? How is E33 linked to Israel?

also they showed a Mario wonder clip when they explained that the display was 120fps
last April when we got the deep dive

Tbf the Mario model in that clip looked different from Wonder’s

It does give me hope that they won’t do a Mario Wonder sequel for the next 2D Mario (as much as I enjoyed the game) and they’ll use this newer model instead.
