Glad I skipped out on NH so I’ll just wait for the NS2 Edition to get the ultimate experience
Yea. First timers will have a lot to get through.
The thing with Animal Crossing is it is a grindy long game with the real world time.
You could start now and still have a lot to get through by January. I let the game rock naturally but when i really wanted to design my island I "cheated" with islands that give you any item you need.
Sometimes it takes way too long to get items you need and you'll start to get so many dupes.
I guess January will come sooner than later but im still peeved about the fps...genuinely. Anyways!
NH was my first Animal Crossing game and its a cute comfy game and the graphics are still really nice. The jump from New Leaf is actually stark.
looking to dive into rpgs in the near future and honestly this seems like the right system to do this with, any recs I should get? so far i bought smt 3 nocturne and 5 vengeance (will likely get the persona games if i like any of these)
dont rec final fantasy either cos i already have some of them on another system but ill likely get 7 remake on here when it comes out

Honestly, IMO the best RPG games of the past 5 or so years aren't on the Switch
BG3, Metaphor, Remake/Rebirth, Expedition 33, etc.
I do know people rate Xenoblade, which is on the Switch, so you might wanna check that out.

Well we know FF7 Remake trilogy is coming, and I can see Metaphor and Expedition 33 getting ported to NS2

honestly i cant see metaphor not coming to switch 2 considering they ported the other persona games, and ff7 remake is already coming to switch 2 along with the other 2 in the trilogy
i have expedition 33 already but ill see whats up with xenoblade thanks

it’s definitely a great starting point for the series. I’m currently playing through it now and having a blast.

so that you have plenty of other dragon quests to play while waiting another decade for dq12
Im seeing 0 hype for hyrule warriors, i wish musou games got more love
I don’t like how over-the-top the combat is in those games—I prefer the slow methodical combat pace of Zelda.
Also it seems like Nintendo barely marketed that game.
Switch 2 sold 10m in 4 months
Switch took 9 months, so that means it’s selling twice as fast
Mario kart at 9.57m sold, what a nutty attach rate
DK selling 3.5m in a couple months is also huge
