Its no holds barred I think, but I think their might some verification type system to know its from the originator, but anything can be ripped and sold as a nft i believe

wouldn't be a copy would just be someone screenshotting a tweet and making it an nft for example
multiple people could do that to the same tweet. be silly to buying random s*** tho so probably wouldnt really be an issue
