I don't know how you can watch Chase and Pitts, like what you see, and then group Smith with them

It's extremely clear to me that Chase and Pitts are in their own tier as far as WRs go

Bateman and Waddle are somewhat close but they're closer to the field than they are to those two guys

I have both ahead of Smith (he’s my WR3) but yes, I think Smith is a great prospect too
