DxtrI think so too. And it goes back to my initial comment on the aliens we seen in movies etc. is total opposite because a normal person is going to look for that kind of species but wouldn't expect it from a person looking identical to you in the sense of a human form

Simplifying this a bit but Low gravity would cause you to develop with a longer & weaker body (think Dreezy), smaller organs and thinner bones
Heavy gravity would cause stronger bones, shorter bodies and stronger musculature. You’d like like the clown from Spawn if you weren’t fit
