Making a luxury pick at 25 despite having multiple holes on the roster, coming out and telling the media how gutted you were you couldn't take Kadarius Toney (lol) at that pick, and then signing a dude who has been out of the league for 8 years. The only thing they've done right in 2021 was draft Lawrence but if he hadn't been the consensus #1 overall pick for 3 years they probably would have f***ed that up too. It comes down to their decision making process as a whole, which seems incredibly flawed. Tebow is just a piece of the puzzle

They had a good free agency and the draft overall was solid. Theres no reason to think this is anything like Grigson and the colts.

They added another starting receiver, a tackle and the best rb in the draft (yes i know rbs are worthless yeah cool)

They didnt add any studs on defense but added guys who are low end to mid level starters at positions where we had guys who just arent even nfl players and replaced genuinely the worst defensive coordinator ive ever seen.

Toney isn't even overly fast. 62nd percentile speed score. Above average but not even close to worth fawning over

Now if we're talking about short area quickness that's a different story but he's not nearly good enough at literally anything else for that to make a difference
