    no they deprecated their old embedding api and set new requirements which are negligible to meet for a web developer

    i guess by requiring a facebook developer account they can verify who is using the api in the event of a copyright claim by the original photographer

    but that copyright liability question regards publishers using an instagram embed in lieu of permission from the photographer to license their image directly -- ktt2 isn't a publisher so they're not going to get sued
