I hardly takes naps but the perfect nap is between an hour & 90 minutes

Ironic because you just can’t get employed

That’s the peak length of a nap I believe

Drink a cup of black coffee
take a 15-25min nap
wake up and you’ll feel rejuvenated along with the caffeine just starting to hit
